1. Shipping & Delivery Framework

Dr. Watchson operates on a fully international scale. We offer secure, insured shipping services to virtually every country and territory worldwide. If your destination presents specific customs or logistics challenges, our team will contact you immediately prior to fulfillment.

1.2 Standard Delivery Windows

Under standard operational parameters, our global delivery window is between 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically processed and handed over to our transit partners within 1 to 3 business days. A tracking link will automatically be sent to your registered email address as soon as the package leaves our fulfillment center.

1.3 Peak Demand & Launch Event Variations

Please note that during exclusive product launches, promotional events, seasonal holiday spikes, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing and transit times may be extended. During these intervals, unexpected customs clearances or carrier bottlenecks may delay delivery beyond our standard 10-day window. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we work diligently to minimize any disruption.

1.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dr. Watchson is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your package upon entry into your destination country. All compliance and financial costs associated with customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

2.1 The 30-Day Return Guarantee

We take pride in the engineering and aesthetic quality of our kits. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are fully entitled to request a return within a strict window of 30 calendar days starting from the exact date of delivery confirmation.

2.2 Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the exact state it was delivered. Due to the high-precision nature of watch accessories, kits, and components, we enforce the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be in perfect, flawless, and completely unused condition.

  • There must be no scratches, tool marks, scuffs, or modifications performed on any part of the kit, casing, or straps.

  • The product must be packed inside its original, undamaged retail packaging, including all protective films, custom foam inserts, documentation, and tools provided.

Note: Items showing any signs of wear, trial mounting, or cosmetic damage will be rejected during inspections and sent back to the sender at their expense.

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our support desk at the official email address listed below. You will be required to provide your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs showcasing the pristine condition of the product and its packaging. Once authorized, we will supply you with the appropriate return shipping address.

Unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect, the cost of return shipping, tracking, and associated customs fees back to our warehouse must be fully prepaid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Dr. Watchson cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit during return shipping.

2.4 Inspections & Refunds

Upon arrival at our facility, your returned item will undergo a technical inspection by our quality control team. Within 5 business days of receipt, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies can take an additional 3 to 7 business days to post the credit to your account.
